Built in 1879 by R. Norman Shaw in the Queen Anne revival style. Features red brick elevations slate pitched roof. Five storeys with two attic stories.

Elevation features such as scrolly gables with alternate projecting bays, wrought iron balconies, and sash windows with small panes, tall chimneys and arched entrances.
