Grade 2 listed. Residential flats over shops, built between 1902 and 1908 architect unknown although listing states it is almost certainly by C Fitzroy doll.
Stripey red brick façades with terracotta dressings, slate roof and tall chimney stacks. L-shaped on plan with longer elevation to grape Street and shorter elevation to Shaftesbury Avenue.
Five stories high with two attic stories which have now been remodelled. Corner with moulded window heads and decorative frieze. Oriel windows and moulded parapets, cornice and many decorative bands. Balconies, balustrading, mullions and transoms to casements in terracotta surrounds providing overall banded decorative composition. Simple shopfronts with consistent design all set in terracotta pilasters.
