Built in 1904 in Queen Anne Revival style with art nouveau detailing.
Redbrick façade with pink terracotta dressings. Five stories high with an attic story. Windows have mullions and transoms. Canted bay windows, some bays with central pair of bays linked at third floor level and a canopy over. Timber casement windows, some having leaded lights. Prominent egg and dart cornice, decorative parapet. Cut brick and moulded deck terracotta decoration generally.
