Grade 2 listed. Built between 1902 and 1908 architect unknown although listing indicates it may be C Fitzroy Doll who was surveyor to the Bedford estate.

Brick and terracotta elevations with slate roof and high terracotta chimney stacks.

Five stories high with two attics. Asymmetrical composition with projecting orioles, and bay windows corner turret’s set over entrance on a right-hand side surrounded by large columns. Shop fronts (and former show shop’s) embellished with decorations. Prominent columns, cornice, large and small painted timber windows some with mullions and transoms all with terracotta surrounds, many projecting bands cornice and parapets. Shop fronts have cast-iron grilles and decorative mouldings.
